Cancer: Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma

" I am cancer free! It was a rough journey and I am thankful for all the support I had with family and friends."
I was diagnosed in February 2018 after thinking I had a UTI. Turns out I had a tumor in my bladder that ended up being Diffuse Large B Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. My urologist removed most of the tumor but had to leave some so my bladder wouldn’t be perforated. I did six rounds of R-CHOP chemotherapy and 20 radiation sessions. I’ve had 3 PET scans since September 2018 and have a CT scan this month (August 2019). I am cancer free! It was a rough journey and I am thankful for all the support I had with family and friends.
