"Support those in your community so that no one ever feels as if they fight alone."

My name is Erin Pace and I’m the mother of E, who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Originally we used to share E’s story with family but now that we met so many affected by cancer, we share her story as a way to share hope. We believe in no one feeling like they are alone when having to go through life-threatening illnesses. That’s why I put together a book of stories I wrote for my blog called Carried: A Story of faith, hope and love.

What I would also like to point out is, every case is different and every person reacts differently. I think we need to raise money for research, but more importantly, we need to support those around us who are going through the day to day dealings with cancer. Support those in your community so that no one ever feels as if they fight alone.
